The responsibilities will include prospecting new customers, training and maintaining existing customers.  The representative must ensure that he or she meets the sales and profit targets set by his or her supervisor.

In the context of the construction and launch of a new factory scheduled officially for spring 2025, we are looking for a Production manager. Prior to the official launch, the Production manager will have the opportunity to undergo specific training for a duration of 6 to 12 months, involving travel between the future factory and our sister facility located in Sherbrooke, Quebec. He will also participate to the planned test startup in the fall-winter of 2024.

 

The Production manager oversees and supports the production teams in various sections of the factory. The role entails ensuring the department’s objectives (quality, safety, productivity, production costs) are met and serving as a reference for the employees. Vigilance, in-depth knowledge of facilities, and strong safety leadership are crucial for this position.
